Bio
Jim is a Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. He is primarily responsible for originating retail transactions throughout the southeastern United States. He’s been involved with the sale of more than 250 shopping centers totaling nearly $5 billion throughout his career. Prior to JLL, Jim was with The Staubach Company and Trammell Crow Company located in Atlanta.
