As President of Essex Realty Management, Inc., Jim Neiger brings over 30 years of experience in commercial management and leasing. His previous roles, including a five-year tenure at the Koll Company, have equipped him with comprehensive expertise in managing diverse property types including office, industrial, retail, and commercial associations. In addition to traditional property management, Jim offers a unique owner’s perspective, drawing on his experience in financing and asset management for Essex-owned properties. He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (U.S.C.) and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.). As a Certified Property Manager accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Jim combines his academic excellence and practical experience to lead Essex with distinction and deliver unparalleled value to clients.
