Jim has worked in Commercial Real Estate brokerage since 1993. Prior to joining The Shopping Center Group in 1998, he spent 5 years with RJ Solove & Associates in Columbus, Ohio. Jim has completed hundreds of transactions on behalf of multiple national retail clients and developers in South Florida. Jim has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
