Mr. Postweiler began his career as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at the Atlanta office of The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York in February 1987. The following year, he was promoted to Investment Officer. In April 1992, he was named Investment Vice President, and then promoted to Real Estate Vice President. He transitioned to ARES Realty Capital, Mutual of New York's Real Estate Services Company as Vice President in July, 1995. Mr. Postweiler was Investment Sales Broker of the Year in the Midwest Region for Insignia/ESG, Inc. in 1998.
He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
