Jo Ann is a long-time resident of Cortez and has successfully sold real estate in the Four Corners area since 1990. She specializes in all real estate areas: residential, commercial, vacant land, and farm and ranch properties. She and husband, Jerald Cauley, are broker-owners of Century 21 West Slope Realty in Cortez and Rico. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors and the Cortez Area Board of Realtors.
