Over 25 years of commercial real estate property management, sales and leasing experience with George Comfort & Sons, Inc., and licensed to practice real estate in both New York and Connecticut.
Jodi began her real estate career in the retail sector as the general manager of the Manufacturer’s Outlet Center in Mount Kisco, New York. While there, she participated in the redevelopment of the property resulting in the demolition of the enclosed shopping mall and construction of Mount Kisco Commons, a new shopping center with Target as the anchor.
In 2003, she transitioned to the office market and became the on-site property manager for High Ridge Park Corporate Center, a Class-A, six-building corporate campus in Stamford, Connecticut. Additionally, Jodi was tasked with managing a portfolio of several single-tenant properties, some of which are gasoline stations. This work has provided her with experience in the environmental compliance arena.
Jodi is very involved and active in the community both from an industry perspective, as well as a charitable one. In 2015, she joined the board of the Stamford Partnership, a not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to enhancing Stamford’s business environment and the quality of life for all those who work and/or live in the City. Other community involvement includes: past president of the Southern Connecticut Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), a founding member of the President's Council of Northern Westchester Hospital, past president of the Mt.Kisco Chamber of Commerce, past Member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester. Jodi has also been a volunteer for the March of Dimes for over 20 years, serving in leadership roles for some of the organization's events. Awards of recognition have been given by the March of Dimes, American Red Cross and Southern Connecticut BOMA.
