Jody has over 15 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics market. His key focus is the disposal and acquisition of industrial premises and land on both a leasehold and freehold basis.
Jody has a wealth of experience in providing a “cradle to grave” service from site identification and land assembly to build, leasing advice and investment sale. Jody has also acted for a number of occupiers in acquiring freehold and leasehold premises.
