Joe Dye is an accomplished commercial real estate executive with more than two decades of experience leading the full lifecycle of real estate assets spanning ground-up development, redevelopment, portfolio operations, leasing, and strategic management for multi-million-dollar assets. As Director of Commercial at Grubb Ventures, Joe leads the firm’s commercial portfolio, focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, leasing performance, and long-term asset value.
A results-driven team leader, Joe is known for building strong partnerships with owners, tenants, and community stakeholders to achieve enduring value. His expertise in successful lease negotiations, asset optimization, financial strategy, and sustainable development reflects a commitment to advancing both business performance and community well-being.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University and a Certificate in Building Construction from Georgia Tech. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed North Carolina real estate broker. Joe has served on the board of NAIOP Raleigh Durham and on the Vistage Small Business Advisory Board.
