Bio
Joe is a Cal Poly Alumni, licensed real estate broker in both California and Hawaii, and USGBC LEED Green Associate. Since 2009, Joe has been responsible for the processing and entitlements of commercial and residential zoned land in various locations of California and Hawaii. Joe oversees project due diligence, financial analysis, market research, securing construction and permanent financing for various types of development, recapitalization/re-syndication of various multifamily properties utilizing tax credits and limited partner investors, architectural and interior design oversight, implementation of green building practices, construction management, and property management.
