Licensed since 1999 as a broker/salesperson, Joe’s family was part of Schaefer Bros. Construction for 40 years while his mother enjoyed more than 30 years as a REALTOR®, giving him the background critical to real estate. Joe has a master’s in mathematics and taught locally for 36 years as well as coaching High School and youth for more than 30.
