Joe has been a commercial real estate broker in the Chicago area for over 29 years advising and representing landlords with the acquisition, repositioning, and leasing of commercial property throughout the Midwest. He is a highly regarded suburban real estate expert, having continuously provided superior advice in developing and implementing creative marketing and leasing programs, acquisition analysis, market and trend analysis, and business development.
Throughout his career, Joe has led the leasing activities on over 20 million square feet of commercial property on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients, successfully enhancing property values. He has been instrumental in building Transwestern’s suburban agency leasing portfolio and has been a constant top producer for the firm’s Midwest region.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Joe was a Regional Leasing Manager for Heitman Properties and Kennedy Wilson, where he managed the office and industrial leasing program for the Midwest and was a consistent top producer with both firms.
