Joel has been in this industry since 2009 and has been in the sales industry since he was 16. He has a passion for teaching his clients about the process and helping them make the kind of smart real estate investment that will change their families lives for years to come. He specializes in listing homes and getting the most money possible for the owner. He is also involved at the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors as a Director on the Board and participates in many committees and is also a Board Director at the Missouri Realtors Association.
Joel has two children and gets to come to the office every day with his wife who is the Office Manager and Closing Coordinator. In his personal time, he loves watching his kids in every sport imaginable, traveling, and going to the lake. He is a die-hard Cubs and Chiefs fan and loves Missouri State Bears Basketball.
