Joel has been an active commercial real estate agent throughout New Jersey during his eight-year association with Silbert Realty & Management Company Inc.., and has consummated over $44M of leasing and sales activity.
Currently leasing over 200,000 square feet on behalf of Agency Leasing projects in Central and Northern New Jersey. Joel has worked primarily as a Landlord Representative in support of the retail markets; however, approximately 25% of Joel’s business is associated with office and industrial leases/sales along with various Tenant Rep accounts including: Citibank, Quiznos, Great Clips, Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, SportsClips and Java’s Brewin’.
