John offers experience in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, investment, retail and development land properties in Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. John is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation in October of 2010. John recently served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana CCIM Chapter. He is also a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and Northeast Indiana Commercial Industrial Brokers (NEICIB). Prior to joining The Zacher Company in 2004, John had an extensive background in medical sales and service with over 18 years of award-winning achievement in Fort Wayne.
John is participating as a member of the Board of Directors for Woodhurst Community Association and the Papermill Office Park condominium Association in Fort Wayne. He previously served as Chairman of the School Board for Saint John the Baptist Catholic School in Fort Wayne and is still actively involved with the parish in a number of capacities. John was a Certified IHSAA Football Official for 22 years and was involved as a youth coach in Little League baseball and CYO basketball and football.
