Raised in Vermont after moving from New York’s Hudson River Valley as a child, John developed deep ties to the state’s business and civic communities. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Lawrence University. His academic and professional background reflects a longstanding commitment to thoughtful development, strategic thinking, and relationship-building.
Prior to joining V/T Commercial, John gained valuable experience in business sales and acquisitions through his work with Vermont Business Brokers. There, he advised entrepreneurs and investors through complex transactions involving the sale and purchase of small to mid-sized Vermont businesses. This experience sharpened his skills in valuation, negotiation, and transition planning—adding unique value for clients navigating commercial real estate deals with an operating business component.
