I launched my real estate career 40 years ago, specializing in multi-family apartments despite starting in the residential market. For 15 years, I hustled to list, sell, and exchange properties before becoming a Broker. My real estate acumen enabled me to acquire bachelor’s and master’s degrees before pursuing a doctoral degree. While focusing on market trends, I invested 25 years in healthcare while retaining my real estate license. I have practiced medicine as a family nurse practitioner for the last eight years.
I retired early from the healthcare sector to spend quality time with my wife. As an active commercial real estate professional, I deliver the same high-quality service to real estate clients as I provide to my patients. Owning real estate is the safest and most effective way to build wealth.
During my tenure as a real estate board member, I served on the professional standards and grievance committees of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
I'm an avid reader and gardener, and I've also picked up some handyman skills in my spare time.
