As a native New Yorker and a seasoned real estate professional, John recognizes and values the trust clients place in him and strives to exceed their expectations every day. He has been specializing in the New York City market, primarily Upper Manhattan, for over seven years, managing a successful rental team.
Before entering NYC real estate, John performed/managed a touring band in the music industry and worked on a Commercial team in the fastest growing county in the United States. These experiences instilled in him the discipline to build a competitive and successful team while the commercial mentorship gave John many of the success tools that he is still using today.
Outside of real estate, John embraces his creative side exploring the city, writing music, and performing/producing a comedy podcast joking about the music scene of the early 2000s.
