With over 45 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Church’s background covers banking, institutional performing and non-performing asset management, and real estate development. He obtained his masters in Real Estate Management from Webster University – St. Louis, Missouri and undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, Indiana. As a resident of Gaston County for over 25 years, he is Owner of Centra Properties, LLC. John purchased the historic Chronicle Mill in Belmont, NC and worked with development partner Armada Hoffler to create a 244-unit mixed use residential development in downtown Belmont. He and his wife Jennifer are members of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church and Gaston County Rotary Clubs.
