Bio
John Cunningham graduated from University of Denver’s Daniels School of Business where he double majored in Finance and Real Estate. John worked for a private REIT based in Denver before joining Pacifica Companies in 2005. John holds over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked on over $3 Billion in loan volume and has overseen the closing of more than 300 transactions. He has been involved with various forms of financing methods including JV’s, secured and unsecured lines of credit, mezzanine debt, balance sheet debt, CMBS debt, new market tax credits, and agency debt. John has worked on the financing of most asset classes in real estate which has thus far included senior housing, multifamily, low income housing, hotels, commercial office, industrial, retail, broken condos, condo conversions, ground up development, land held for development, self-storage facilities, pools of single family residential homes, and both performing and non-performing notes backed by various real estate collateral.
John currently resides in downtown San Diego, California and is originally from Des Moines, Iowa.
