Mr. Hilton is a licensed attorney in the State of South Carolina who has focused his career on
real estate development, investing, and speculation. He has consulted and represented
developers, investors, financial institutions, IRA Portfolios, and contractors throughout multiple
sectors of the real property market. These include developing and building residential subdivisions, both speculatively and to suit; Acquisition and re-development of single family subdivision projects; construction of Single Family Homes; acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of Single Family Homes; and Acquisition and disposition of packages of Single Family Residences located both regionally and nationally; acquisition and management of investment grade timberland; acquisition and management of rural recreational properties; acquisition and re-development of multi-family housing projects including mobile and manufactured housing communities.
