John is responsible for the asset management of the Robert Hitchins commercial property portfolio whilst also sourcing new investment and value added opportunities. He manages all Landlord & Tenant relationships whilst also managing external agents and consultants in implementing asset management strategies to deliver investment objectives. A Chartered Surveyor, John has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial property sector having held previous posts in asset management and commercial agency in Wales and the South West.
