These include commercial leases and sales transactions valued at several billion dollars. John’s experience with the impact of real estate transactions from the corporate perspective has produced savings of tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Some of his assignments and clients have included: Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Bursor & Fisher, CBS, Take Two Interactive Software, Adobe, SUNY, IESE, The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, JP Morgan Chase, the UN Mission and NYC Consul General offices for the Government of the Netherlands and Mitsui Fudosan America (leasing agent for 1251 Avenue of the Americas), among other prestigious entities. His experience as a real estate executive, consultant, advisor, broker and attorney has enhanced his clients' business performance through the effective utilization of corporate real estate assets.
