President of Adams & Company Real Estate, LLC., Inc. in Atlanta, GA since 1983, Mr. Perlman is responsible for development and acquisition of commercial sites throughout the Atlanta area. In the Atlanta area, he has worked with a variety of retail and office tenants, including Eckerd, CVS, Office Depot, Fred's Stores, The Home Depot and Publix Supermarkets, and has sold land ranging from half-acre commercial sites to hundred acre plantations.
He is a third generation principal of Adams & Company which was founded by his grandfather in 1920, and holds a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate Development from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. At Adams, his responsibilities include investor relations, budgeting & operations review, long range planning, capital investment strategies and building positioning strategies.
