Mr. Phillips is the Managing Director and founder of Phillips Realty Advisors. Mr. Phillips has been involved in real estate since 1998, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University, and has obtained the two most distinguished designations in the commercial real estate industry, the MAI from the Appraisal Institute, and the CCIM from the CCIM Institute. Mr. Phillips holds Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Broker licenses. Mr. Phillips has provided expert witness testimony in state and federal court and has experience with a wide variety of property types for a wide variety of purposes and client types.
