My academic background is in Electronic Engineering Technology, having graduated from Lambton College. However, life's paths led me to discover a passion for working with people, propelling me into a consulting role with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), the world's largest management consulting firm. This role honed my skills in understanding client needs and formulating strategic solutions, a skill set I've carried into my real estate career. Alongside my wife and partner, Kathie Lea, we spearhead one of the top 1% real estate teams in the country by sales volume. Our mission is to help clients realize their real estate dreams, a commitment built on a foundation of deeply understanding our clients' needs, meticulous research, and strategic planning. Our approach has fostered a business grown from word-of-mouth, one satisfied client at a time, backed by a team of dedicated professionals. In my tenure in real estate, I've negotiated tens of millions of dollars in properties, specializing in waterfront properties—a personal passion, as I live on the water and hold a USCG Captain's license.
