John Schenk is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in the Greater Cincinnati area with over 5 years of commercial real estate experience. Specializing in corporate real estate advisory and tenant representation while working alongside his nine person team, John blends market expertise with strategic problem solving for his client’s success. John executes with a thorough understanding to all functional, operational, and fiscal needs of his clients on a local and national basis. John is also a member of CBRE’s industry leading Data Center Solutions Group, which provides a fully integrated suite of services to occupiers, operators, and investors. John and his team members bring over 135 years of combined industry expertise that allow for creative solutions and unmatched market leverage for their national and local clientele.
John began his road in 2017 with a world leading firm in New York City. Working to build on his newly laid foundation, John joined his current team in CBRE’s Cincinnati office. He rowed crew for 4 years at Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club with an additional 4 during his collegiate years.
