John Van Lith – VP, Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Conduent
John Van Lith is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, and transaction oversight. He currently serves as Vice President and Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Conduent, a role he has held since September 2022. In this capacity, John leads the company’s global real estate operations, including strategic planning, workplace optimization, and facilities management.
Before joining Conduent, John spent seven years at JLL as Director and Southeast Region Transaction Management Lead, where he managed a significant real estate portfolio for a Fortune 100 financial services client. His earlier career includes roles at CBRE, where he served as Senior Transaction Manager for Bank of America, N.A., and as a Research Analyst at both CBRE and Grubb & Ellis, focusing on market analytics, leasing trends, and construction data.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder. His expertise spans real estate strategy, portfolio optimization, acquisitions, and dispositions, making him a trusted leader in the corporate real estate sector.
