Bio
John has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate activities including office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. He recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Colliers International and prior to that role he served as President of Pacific Management Company, which he helped build from a very small portfolio into the current 4 million square foot management operation maintained by Colliers today.
As Vice Chairman, John helps to oversee the operation of the company’s main office in Omaha. This office includes over 50 professional and administrative staff members. Additionally, John is responsible for the Firm’s valuation and tax protest practice. Over the last 10 years he has prepared successful cases for over $1 billion in value.
Client relationships and the enhancement of services provided across the company network are the main focus his activities.
