Mr. Lawrence has 36 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation in commercial sales and leasing. He specializes in flex and industrial sales and leasing in the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Mr. Lawrence began his real estate career in 1987 stressing personal service and integrity. Mr. Lawrence’s major brokerage experience includes the leasing of ProLogis Park Gateway, Beaumeade Technology Center, Chantilly Plaza, Gateway 95, Virginia 95, Renaissance and Fleet Industrial Parks, Concorde Industrial Center, Farrington Business Park and Fullerton Square. Mr. Lawrence represents both landlords and Tenants with flex or industrial real estate needs in Northern Virginia.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mr. Lawrence was an Executive Director at GVA Advantis, specializing in flex/industrial leasing in Northern Virginia, leasing over 500,000 square feet annually. Additionally, Mr. Lawrence sold 40 flex/industrial properties with a total sales volume of over $70,000,000. Previously, he was with Weaver Brothers, Inc. in Chantilly, Virginia, representing landlords and tenants in flex/industrial transactions throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Mr. Lawrence is a licensed real estate professional in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
