Jon caught the real estate bug 25 years ago. A few months after graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in marketing, he closed on his first single-family fixer upper in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City. A year later, he took the profits and moved to Houston, Texas. For the last 24 years he has been a licensed broker and currently owns RE/MAX Prestige in northwest Houston.
Jon has personally brokered over 1,000 transactions and is actively investing in both single family and multi-family properties. He is well regarded as a Houston-metro real estate expert and received the prestigious Houston Business Journal Real Estate Award in 2018 and 2019—marking him as one of the top 10 Houston agents in both sales volume and total number of transactions closed.
