Bio
Jonah Feinberg is an Associate on the Investment Sales team at Lee & Associates New York, where he focuses on identifying and executing development and value-add opportunities across Manhattan and the outer boroughs. He joined the firm in July 2025.
At Lee & Associates, Jonah is dedicated to helping clients uncover opportunities that align with their investment goals, whether through repositioning assets, ground-up development, or strategic acquisitions. His passion for real estate, combined with his competitive drive and market knowledge, positions him as a trusted advisor in the investment sales space.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Jonah gained hands-on experience through internship at leading commercial real estate firms and sports representation agencies, where he developed a strong foundation in market analysis and client management.
A graduate of Kenyon College, Jonah earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish. During his time at Kenyon, he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team and also played on the varsity football team. These experiences instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, all qualities that now define his professional approach.
