Prior to real estate, Jonathan had a 20 year track record of success in commercial construction sales working for his clients on some of the most iconic buildings in NYC. Working diligently to provide excellent customer service, Jonathan is responsive and informative, while listening to the clients needs and concerns. His approach is through providing knowledge and empowering his client to make the most informed decision.
Jonathan has personal experience with both buying and selling real estate, owning and operating investment properties, renting out apartments as a landlord, overseeing full gut renovations from project origination through letters of completion with NYC DOB, as well as processing insurance claims. His professional background in construction coupled with his personal experience as a townhouse owner in Brooklyn positions him to be a detail oriented & knowledgeable partner.
