I am a highly focused and accomplished commercial real estate professional with over twenty-five years’ experience. I have built and maintain an extensive national network of contacts enabling quick and direct access into a range of property sector groups at a senior level.
My real estate experience has primarily been within Office, Industrial and Development sectors, with exposure to the Hotel, Student Accommodation and Renewable Energy markets, including site/asset sourcing, acquisition, asset management and disposals.
I have an extensive transactional record, having lead disposal and acquisition teams dealing with a range of projects and asset types across the UK markets.
Whilst working within Severn Trent Water, Cannock Developments and more recently St Modwen, I have assessed and brought forward holdings for development and conversion purposes, as well as having strategically asset managed holdings within a range of sectors. Within these roles I have also coordinated significant capital works projects and have bought and sold a variety of property types and investment assets.
I have considerable experience in the assessment of real estate holdings and the creation and implementation of real estate strategies across a range of sectors.
During my career I have also built and managed successful, collaborative teams as well as having coordinated JV partnerships and managed external multi-disciplinary consultants for a wide range of capital projects.
In between work and family I'm a 'reluctant' cyclist (it's way to keep fit and is a great social activity, but involves wearing lycra). In addition to weekend and occasional foreign, or mini adventure cycling trips, I have organised a number of rides to support local charities.
