Jonathan Guffey joined CenterPoint in 2024 as Vice President of Leasing for the East Region. He brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and a strong track record across leasing, asset management, and investment strategies in South Florida. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day lease transactions for the Southeast region.
He began his career at Penn-Florida Companies, quickly becoming the firm’s top-producing in-house leasing agent. He later joined Jones Lang LaSalle, overseeing a 2 MSF portfolio and working closely with institutional investors on regional acquisitions. From 2013 to 2019, Jonathan served as Director of Leasing for Liberty Property Trust and later Workspace Property Trust, where he led leasing and asset repositioning efforts across diverse property types. Most recently, he was Vice President of Leasing at Prologis, managing a team responsible for 12 MSF of industrial assets across Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
