Jonathan Lowe serves as an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, a full service commercial real estate brokerage company in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Lowe has lived in Charlotte for ten years.
Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Lowe served as a commercial real estate broker for Legacy Real Estate Advisors focusing on restaurants and retail in the center city area of Charlotte. While in Asheville, Lowe gained hands on experience in his family-owned chain of eight restaurants. Lowe is also experienced in property management and currently manages The Cedar Street Design Center in Uptown Charlotte.
Lowe earned his B.A. in business administration at Queens University, where he played four years of varsity soccer. He continued his education at the McColl School of Business obtaining a Masters of Business Administration. Lowe has been involved in soccer coaching and recruitment at Queens, signing on more than 20 players. His efforts produced championship teams including two that finished 22nd and 16th in the nation.
