Bio
Jonathan joined TSP in 2011 and is a Director. He previously worked for Stiles Harold Williams in South London, where he began his career. He holds a master’s degree in Surveying and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
Throughout his time at TSP, Jonathan has led on numerous transactions for the firm’s charitable and private clients. He specialises in providing holistic advice, having been involved in relocation and investment projects from inception through to overseeing fit outs and negotiating dilapidations. He also advises on rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as undertaking valuations with a particular specialism being the Charities Act.
His track record includes selling buildings across London for the National Childbirth Trust, Chartered Institute of Linguists and the Electoral Reform Society. He has acquired properties for the Cripplegate Foundation, British Humanist Association, Blenheim CDP as well as a range of private developers and investors.
