Jordan Pakzad is a Senior Associate Advisor with The Mogharebi Group, specializing in the sale of multifamily assets throughout Southern California. He brings hands-on transaction experience across Conventional, Senior Housing, LIHTC, and Project-Based Section 8 communities, allowing him to advise clients with a well-rounded perspective on diverse asset types.

A Southern California native, he joined The Mogharebi Group after graduating from Rutgers University, where he was a four-year letter winner on the NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team and an active member of the Rutgers Real Estate Club.
Jordan studied Entrepreneurship and Communications at Rutgers and further strengthened his expertise by completing UC Irvine’s Executive Education Program in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis.
