Bio
She is specializing in the disposal and acquisition of residential investment stock, mostly comprising PRS blocks of flats and portfolios. She sits in the ‘leading residential investment agency’ team in the northern regions, working closely with an array of investors, property companies and agents.
Jordan’s current responsibilities include the appraisal of residential investment stock and going on to market these assets once instructed, including collating offers received, reporting these to clients and overseeing the legal negotiations through to completion.
