Joseph A. Fabrizi is a nationally recognized commercial real estate broker and consultant at CBRE, Inc. Mr. Fabrizi joined CBRE in 2012 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he had worked since 1986. During his long career, he has leased and sold buildings throughout New York City, the U.S. and worldwide with a total aggregate value of more than $10 billion.
In his more than 31 years of experience, Mr. Fabrizi has served as a broker and consultant to some of America’s foremost corporations, financial institutions and law firms. Specializing as both a national account representative as well as a local expert of the New York City Midtown market, he is regarded as a premier real estate professional.
