Joseph’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of ground-up development, from site selection to handing the keys to property management, thereby transforming a potential opportunity into efficiently operating multi-family communities and investments. Before joining Alpha Residential, Joseph ran his own venture, GensEdifice, a commercial real estate, and construction management company, building upon 25 years of experience. When away from the office, Joseph prioritizes spending time with his wife and four children and being actively involved in giving back to his community and church.
