Josh Amoroso brings 10 years of investment, finance and tenant representation experience from Cornish & Carey Commercial. In his short career at C&C, Josh completed 165 transactions varying from sales to investors / owner users, and leasing of office / industrial / retail space. In total Josh negotiated transactions totaling 3.7 million square feet with a valuation over One Billion Dollars.
Josh has three distinct disciplines which include retail investments with a value-add component, corporate roll outs for national credit retailers, and tenant / landlord representation. Josh covers a broad market from Northern California throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Josh has relationships with some of the nations leading corporations such as Ford Motor Company, Walmart, Kroger’s, 7-Eleven, AT&T, Bekins Moving & Storage, to name a few. In addition, Josh works regularly with high caliber property owners, developers, and equity providers such as Equity Office, AMB, ProLogis, KIMCO, and Northwest Mutual Life Insurance Company to name a few.
A graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism, with a minor in Business, Josh Currently resides in San Mateo with his wife Katie, daughter Addison, and son Frank.
