Josh Caruana is a First Vice President and the Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville, Kansas City, and St. Louis offices. He started with the firm in 2001 under the Sales Intern Program in the Ontario, California office and became an agent in 2002. Josh was a Senior Associate specializing in multifamily investment properties until he joined the management team in 2007 as a Sales Manager in Long Beach. He was promoted to Regional Manager of the firm’s Indianapolis office in 2008.
Joshua earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.
