Josh has been with BLACKLINE Retail Group for over 10 years and focuses on local, regional and national tenant outreach for key suburban projects throughout the portfolio. He has extensive knowledge of all New England real estate markets from New Hampshire to Connecticut. Josh has found a niche in representing strong regional Tenants such as Crunch Fitness, Escapology, and Wamesit Lanes who appreciate his strong market knowledge and industry relationships.
A New Hampshire native, Josh attended the University of New Hampshire and moved to Boston after graduating. When he’s not working, Josh can be found playing golf and spending time with his wife and two daughters in Middleton, MA.
