Bio
Josh Jones serves as Director of Real Estate for JDA’s industrial properties, and is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, market research, acquisitions, account management, business development, leasing, and dispositions of JDA’s industrial portfolio. He began his career with JDA in Spartanburg in 1999, opened JDA’s first satellite office in Charleston in 2005, and also spent two years in Florida before returning to JDA’s corporate headquarters in 2013. Josh has worked with JDA for his entire career and has been active in the leasing and development of more than 20 million square feet of distribution, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. Josh received a B.A. from Davidson College, where he majored in history, with a focus on economics.
Josh currently serves on the Board of Directors of the City of Spartanburg Development Corporation and on the Economic Advisory Board of OneSpartanburg, Inc. He also coaches youth sports and is an elder at First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg
