Josh joined the Medalist team in January of 2022 to lead the investment sales and advisory team with Trey Navo. Prior to joining Medalist, Josh worked for Cushman and Wakefield in the Raleigh-Durham office with a focus on investment sales and was a member of the industrial leasing team.
Josh earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. Josh also has a BA from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the Woodberry Forest School. Josh is married with three children.
