Josh recently joined Colliers in June 2022 from Christie & Co, bringing with him over 7 years of experience in the hotel and hospitality sector. Based in our Birmingham office, Josh will be spearheading the Midlands, Anglia and South regions, focusing on delivering expert, industry leading advice to both private and corporate clients across the hotel landscape. Prior to joining Colliers, Josh acted for private, multiple operator and corporate clients and was responsible for a number of high profile transactions including the Former Hilton Warwick/ Stratford-upon-Avon, the Quality Hotel in Dudley and Honiley Court Hotel in Kenilworth.
