Joining Meridian in 2025, Mr. Vilinsky has quickly become one of the firm’s most utilized and trusted assets, known for his relentless work ethic, strategic market insight, and ability to secure top-tier tenants under the most competitive conditions.
With a strong record of accomplishment in leasing high-traffic food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces, Mr. Vilinsky has cultivated relationships with multiple national coffee tenants, leading restaurant operators, and established retail brands. His portfolio spans SoHo, Midtown, the East Village, West Village, Queens, and Brooklyn, with over 50,000 square feet of prime retail space successfully leased.
Notable transactions include Haraz Coffee at 210 Spring Street, Quality Pizza at 888 Sixth Avenue, and the rollout of all newly franchised Crepe House locations to date. Prior to Meridian, Mr. Vilinsky was a high-performing broker at KSR, representing franchise tenants across multiple markets, and previously dominated the sales floor at Bolt Healthcare Solutions as the company’s top-producing salesman for nearly three years.
