Born and raised in Newnan, Josh is a 6th generation Cowetan. Josh graduated from Newnan High School and later attended the University of Georgia where he received his BBA in Real Estate. While in college Josh was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Josh started his career as a land agent and worked with a number of different firms before finally finding his place with Bush Realty as a full-time real estate professional. Licensed in Georgia, Josh's main focus is still on area land and farm sales with commercial and residential properties making up the rest of Josh‘s portfolio. An avid outdoorsman, Josh enjoys spending time afield and uses his knowledge of the area to better serve his clients. Josh currently resides in Turin where he lives in the original family farmhouse, one of Coweta's oldest homes (Circa 1852). Josh invites you to call him for your real estate needs.
