Since joining Aurora in 2011, Joshua has specialized in landlord representation for retail spaces. Joshua’s experience includes consulting, strategizing and leasing and has worked closely with both institutional and independent landlords in the greater Montreal area. Joshua has completed over 200 retail leasing transactions during this time. Joshua’s work mainly focuses on new development and redevelopment projects as well as providing the right mix of tenants to the bases of office towers and residential buildings.
