With more than a decade of corporate leadership experience before entering real estate full-time, Joshua developed a strong foundation in negotiation, market strategy, and client service as a District Sales Manager for Interstate Batteries, overseeing the Western Region of the United States. This background sharpened his ability to analyze markets, anticipate trends, and deliver tailored solutions—all skills that now serve his residential clients exceptionally well.
A licensed REALTOR® since 2005, Joshua has built his career on the belief that every client deserves to be treated with the same honesty and excellence he would expect himself. Outside of real estate, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, managing a small cattle business in Waco alongside his brother, and mentoring high school students through his church’s discipleship program.
